Standard operational hours are Monday to Friday from 7AM till 7PM on working days (Other hours upon request).
Our technicians will answer any question regarding your network, hardware and software.

The helpdesk uses an online ticket system and is available at: http://helpdesk.marragon.com
There are 3 formulas:
- Complete Care Contract (unlimited tickets at a fixed rate)
- Hour package (Pre-purchased hours, valid for 1 year)
- Per ticket (with a minimum of 15 minutes)
